Terms and Conditions:
Services: The homecare agency will provide home care services to its clients. The services may include personal care, nursing care, housekeeping, and other related services.
Eligibility: The homecare agency will provide services to individuals who are eligible for home care services under Canadian laws and regulations.
Payment: Clients will be responsible for paying for the services provided by the home care agency. The agency will determine the fees for services and will be communicated to the client.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clients may cancel their services with the homecare agency at any time. Refunds for services may be provided at the discretion of the agency.
Confidentiality: The homecare agency will keep all client information confidential and will only use it to provide services to the client.
- Liability: All assigned workers are bonded and insured with Dilamphiscare Inc.
Termination: The homecare agency may terminate services to a client at any time for any reason, including non-payment or violation of the agency’s policies.
Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided by the homecare agency, including but not limited to logos, designs, and other intellectual property, are owned by the agency and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Modifications: The homecare agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
