When my mom was in the hospital, I was a bit overwhelmed on my next steps. I contacted Elvis, and he immediately had staff available for us to bring ny mom home. He sent me some fabulous ladies. A big shot out to Doris, Grace, Josey. They helped my mom with all her needs. Elvis made sure that even at last minute we had a person to help me get some rest. I can not express enough of my gratitude to the care team.

Elvis is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Will do everything possible to meet health care needs of families caring for loved ones. Like any other care provider, it’s trial and error until you settle the individual(s) you prefer. Elvis is open to feedback and has no issue finding you the correct personnel. In times of strained resources, he was always able to come through. Would not hesitate using Dilamphis again should need arise.
